Basic cereals

Whole grains are a good source of nutrients that are more represented than refined grains. This is because in our cereals all three components of the grain are kept almost unaltered: outer bran rich in fiber, the inner germ rich in micronutrients, the endosperm rich in starches and lipids.
Most presence of dietary fiber, determined by the use of respectful and delicate technological processes, ensures that the glycemic index of our products is more balanced than that of refined grains. This makes them more suitable to the balanced diets to which modern consumers aspire and to the specific needs of some classes of consumers details such as sportsmen, the elderly and children.
