Ingredients (serves 4)

Boil the farro in salted water for 15–18 minutes (no soaking required).
Once cooked, drain it and rinse under cold water. Add it to the other ingredients prepared separately and mix well to combine.

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a few fresh basil leaves.
